Job description / Role
- Create a positive work environment through leading, motivating and supporting up to 50 showroom staff.
- Maintain customer relationships to build repeat business and support long-term sales growth.
- Involve in employee on-boarding and termination process to build a great teams.
- Responsible for end of the day reports.- Handle all unresolved issues/complaints' escalations.
Requirements
- Must be an Arab with outstanding English skills.
- Excellent people person and business etiquette – ability to relate to and engage people.
- Ability to multi-task and coordinate ongoing operations and engage people in fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
