Showroom Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Showroom Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a passion for the automotive industry, capable of enhancing the overall customer experience while driving showroom profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily showroom operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of salespersons to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members to foster a positive and engaging showroom atmosphere.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to make informed recommendations on sales strategies.
- Ensure optimal presentation of the showroom and vehicles to enhance customer appeal.
- Facilitate training sessions for sales staff to keep them informed on the latest automotive products and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales data and performance metrics to prepare and present reports to upper management.
- Negotiate major sales agreements and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

- Significant experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to motivate a team and meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English
- Egyptian Nationality
