Showroom Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Showroom Sales Manager to lead our furniture showroom team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing showroom operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage daily operations of the showroom to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure product availability.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and improve performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in the furniture or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Good understanding of furniture products and market trends in the UAE.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market insights.
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
