Description
* Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for the sales team, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
* Collaborate with product managers and marketing teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date training materials on dental equipment and other products.
* Lead by example in driving sales, working closely with the team to achieve regional and global sales targets.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine and enhance the sales approach.
* Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve the skills and performance of individual team members.
* Support the sales team in client meetings, product demonstrations, and negotiations when necessary.
* Monitor training effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed to ensure maximum impact.
* Maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring long-term partnerships.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree Dentistry
* 5+ years of experience in sales and training within the dental industry,
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a leadership role.
* Exceptional presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Strong understanding of dental products, market dynamics, and customer needs.
* Ability to travel as needed to support sales initiatives and training programs.
