Showroom Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our leading automotive dealership in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional buying experience, guiding customers through our range of vehicles, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced, vibrant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers as they visit the showroom, providing expert advice and answering questions about our vehicles and services.
- Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives to help customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, financing options, and industry trends.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while building a robust pipeline of prospective customers.
- Prepare and process sales agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with the marketing and service teams to enhance customer experience and promote brand loyalty.
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing to create a welcoming atmosphere.

- Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer service role, preferably within a showroom setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical details to customers effectively.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
- Passion for automobiles.

Salary:
AED 4,500 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Uncapped commission
