In a role that’s as much about inspiration as it is about sales, you’ll set the tone for your showroom. You’ll make it a place where customers can come for varieties, quality products and exceptional service that reminds them to come again often. In fact, you’ll be their champion – understanding their requirements/tastes, and then guiding the production team to come up with innovative, inviting products. To succeed, you’ll need to develop great relationships with your store team, production/delivery team and of course, every customer you speak to.

As a Showroom Manager you will play a crucial part in guiding customers through the journey from making an initial enquiry to choosing to buy the products they would like. In return, you can be assured of exceptional training, development opportunities and rewards.

- You must be a natural leader who can motivate and support a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing market, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’ve got a sharp commercial mind as well as plenty of customer service experience, and you know how to promote products and get sales in the right way. And you’re flexible enough to work on weekends, evenings and public holidays.
- Demonstrate company’s products, train staffs and to assist customers and increase product sales.
- Prepare the daily/weekly sales reports
- Work closely with marketing/production team to organize local events and to record and measure all showroom statistics, such as footfall.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Personal Qualities:

- Articulate, diligent and flexible individual who has a strong track record in a retail or showroom environment;
- Experience of dealing with discerning clients;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Impeccable personal appearance;
- Personable, friendly and confident with a can do attitude;
- Experience using Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
