Job description / Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the sales team, including sales executives, to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue and market share.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee customer relationship management and ensure excellent service delivery.
- Train and motivate the sales team to improve performance and meet business goals.
- Manage inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure the availability of cars and spare parts.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role in the automotive sector (DUCAMZ).
- Strong knowledge of cars market, especially in GCC.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
