Job description / Role
Our client, an international IT Consultancy is currently seeking a Siebel Business transfer Consultant to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE for initial 6 month contract with an extension. The selected Siebel Business transfer Consultant will be working on a major banking project in conjunction with client that will call on all of their experience in the banking industry specifically in Siebel Sales and Marketing module.
The Siebel Business Consultant will provide expertise & best practices to ensure business transformation and adoption of best practices.
The Siebel Business Consultant will prepare recommendations for workshops required with business management teams. Include agenda & inputs identifying best practices and recommended process/system requirements. The Siebel Business Consultant will also be performing client change management planning, communications and support for the aligned Wave & wider Contact Centre initiatives.
Requirements
To be considered for this outstanding Siebel Business Consultant role, client is seeking an accomplished Siebel Business Consultant with at least 10 years of consultancy experience coupled with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum education of a Bachelor’s degree, ideally a Master’s in Computer Science/Engineering
- A super user of Siebel specifically in Sales and marketing modules in the bank
- Able to explain the benefits of Siebel, encourage the users, training, process improvements, change management
- Working across stakeholders in the bank, acting as a link between Depts
