Site Architect - Immediate

My client is one of the most renowned international design firms currently involved on a number of exciting projects within Hospitality, Mixed-Use and Residential sectors.
Recently, my client has been awarded an iconic project and are in urgent need of Site based staff.

Their most pressing requirement is for a Site Architect in Dubai on a large-scale project. We are looking for candidates who are based in Dubai and immediately available.
Preferably, those with experience on High Rise projects.

Please note, if you have a notice period of 4 weeks then you will not be considered for the position.

Salary:
AED 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering
• Facade experience preferable
• Good understanding of local authorities' codes and regulations
• Good communication skills
