Site Architect

Job description / Role

I’m currently working with a growing design practice in Dubai that’s about to take several high-end projects on site, and they’re now looking to bring in a site expert to support delivery across multiple developments.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being close to the build. You’ll be managing your time between site and office, carrying out inspections, coordinating with contractors, and linking back to the design team on shop drawings and technical queries. The position will support more than one project at a time suiting someone organised, practical, and confident dealing with different teams on site.

The projects on site are high-end thereofre, you will need to have a strong track record of having worked on similar projects i.e. luxury Residential development.

They’re open on background, but ideally looking for someone from an architectural environment (interiors can also be considered) who has solid site and delivery experience and understands the full construction process across architecture, structure, and MEP. Pure fit-out backgrounds without wider building exposure are less likely to be suitable.

- Background in Architecture (Interiors also considered)
- Proven experience in site-based or delivery-focused roles
- Strong understanding of the full construction process, including architecture, structure, and MEP coordination
- Experience working on high-end residential or hospitality projects is preferred
- Currently based in the UAE

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
