Job description / Role
Highly rated US practice have an established presence in the Middle east and are growing with new projects. Well known for their high quality of design and delivery they are inviting talented Architects to join the Middle East team.
Currently they require a Site Architect to be based on a Hotel project in Ras Al Khaimah.
This professional will be responsible for communicating between the client and contractor on site, and to the office based design team.
Exercising their expertise in technical matters and hotel construction, this individual will be making technical decisions to execute the project on time and within budget.
Striving for on time and within budget construction programme, this individual will be responsible for reporting and driving the team towards successful completion!
Requirements
This professional will have 15 years post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, and has worked with reputed Architecture Consultancies to deliver hotel projects on site.
Large scale Hotel project delivery experience in the UAE is necessary.
An effective and commanding communicator, this person will have the ability to communicate to all levels and promote a productive work manner.
Knowledge of UAE building codes is essential. RAK experience ideal, not required.
A polished, client facing demeanour is required to ensure client relationship is upheld.
