Job description / Role
Leading global Architecture and Design practice with a wide portfolio of projects typologies are recruiting for an Immediately Available Site Architect.
- Based on site, executing a prominent High Rise Residential Tower in Dubai.
- Coordinating information between site team and office based design team, liaising with Contractor and Sub Contractors, managing RFI process, and ensuring high standard of design is executed on site.
Requirements
- With 10-15 years experience, post graduation of a Degree in Architecture, this individual will have delivered High Rise Residential Towers on site in Dubai recently.
- Excellent knowledge of DM regulations, construction expertise and excellent communication and negotiation experience required.
- Previous experience working within leading Design consultancy in Dubai required.
Must be Immediately Available in Dubai.
