Job description / Role
My client is one of the most renowned international design firms currently involved on a number of exciting projects within Hospitality, Mixed-Use and Residential sectors.
Recently, my client has been awarded an iconic project and are in urgent need of Site based talent.
Their most pressing requirement is for a Site Architect in Dubai on a large-scale project. We are looking for candidates who are based in Dubai and immediately available.
Unfortunately, if you have a notice period of 4 weeks then you will not be considered for the position.
Requirements
• Minimum 12 years of experience Bsc in Architectural Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Architectural Engineering
• Must be working or have worked as a Site Architect for the past 5 years
• Good understanding of local authorities' codes and regulations
• Good communication skills
