Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in the aluminium and glass industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of civil engineering principles, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams in a fast-paced environment. Based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, this position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects in a growing industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to develop project plans and timelines.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, including cost estimation and tracking expenses.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement and maintain project schedules, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and permits.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices throughout the process.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Master is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site civil engineering in the aluminium and glass industry in UAE.
- Experience in the aluminium and glass industry is a MUST.
- Strong knowledge of methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficient in engineering tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Willingness to travel within the UAE as required for project needs.
- Experience in UAE or GCC countries is a MUST
