Site Engineer

Job Description:
• Controlling and monitoring of complete site civil activities e.g. Excavation & Backfilling, Substation building construction, UG Services like Cable pull pits, cable troughs, duct bank, drainage networks and road works inside LIVE substation under CICPA area.
• Review of approved design drawings for complete understanding on the details and coordination with design team/design consultant as required.
• Coordination with Client on daily basis and executing works in line with the specifications, quality, safety procedures and to the satisfaction of Client.
• Carryout inspections with Consultant/Client for complete Civil Works for the Buildings, Outdoor Structures and Coordination with Government Authorities.
• Review of Method statements, material submittal, Schedule of Quantities of materials, labor and services required in the construction and equipment’s of the building.
• Preparation of Method statements as needed.
• Follow up for materials procurement, required for site activities.
• Controlling & managing Subcontractors, suppliers etc.
• Review/Preparation of Micro level program of construction activities and day to day project progress monitoring.
• Review of Manpower, Material, Machinery panning.
• Weekly, Monthly progress review with contractors, client/consultant.
• Review of monthly progress certification for contractor and feedback to concerned team members skills.

• Required Minimum 3 Years Experience in UAE,
• Must have Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer Certificate will be an additional advantage
• Experience in a similar role.
• Additional certificates or licenses may be required.
• Sound knowledge of Engineering, construction, and design.
• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Superb project management skills.
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills.
