Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Al Ain. This pivotal role focuses on the management and execution of water infrastructure projects, ensuring sustainable and efficient utility services. The ideal candidate will apply their engineering expertise to facilitate development from the planning phase through to project completion, delivering on time and within budget while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee water infrastructure project plans, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to inform project design and implementation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and local authorities, to ensure successful project execution.
• Should have worked on HDPE and DI pipes.
• Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues that arise during construction.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for potential project challenges.
• Utilize project management software to track milestones, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders and upper management.
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to utility, infrastructure services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient in project management software and engineering design tools.

Salary:
AED 9,000 to 11,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
