Site Engineer (Ajman)

Job Responsibilities

• Experienced in fire alarm, central battery system, VE system, and fire fighting system.
• Experience in T and C programming, FA, FACP, VE, and emergency light system.
• Site engineer with experience in fire fighting and fire alarm system.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in UAE.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including drawings, reports, and progress updates.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Conduct regular site meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide guidance to the project team.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and implement corrective measures as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a culture of safety on the construction site.
• Should have a valid UAE driving license.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a site engineer, preferably in the construction industry.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Professional certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, with proficiency in construction-related software and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
