About the Client:
A pioneering petrochemical manufacturer and trader of paints, coatings, resins, adhesives, and construction chemicals with factories and operations spanning the Middle East, Africa, and Europe.

Job Description:
• Oversee daily site operations, ensuring strict alignment with design drawings, technical specifications, and local authority regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and consultants; manage site logistics, materials, and manpower.
• Prepare site progress reports (daily, weekly), risk logs, and propose mitigation plans.
• Assist in value engineering, cost tracking, quality audits, and safety compliance across the project lifecycle.

• Open to Arabic and Asian nationalities, Male, 38 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or in any relevant field
• Minimum 5 years’ UAE/GCC experience in the same role, having worked on mixed-use, residential, or industrial developments under local authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, Trakhees).
• Must have valid UAE Driving License and own car
