Site Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Site Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing construction activities, ensuring quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to resolve any issues and maintain project timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports.
- Manage resources, materials, and equipment efficiently to avoid delays.
- Ensure all construction works comply with local regulations and industry standards.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project documentation.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during construction phases.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in using project management and engineering software.
- Commitment to safety standards and quality control.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
