We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical site engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project feasibility and environmental impact.
• Develop and review technical drawings, specifications, and project plans using CAD software.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, challenges, and solutions.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the construction process.
• Coordinate with relevant agencies to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Stay updated on the latest construction technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant construction management tools.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi and the UAE.
• Strong project management skills including budgeting and scheduling.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on quality and safety.
• Willingness to work on-site in various weather conditions.
• Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines.
