Site Engineer - Fitout

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer - Fitout to join our construction team in UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing fitout projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and adhering to project timelines and budgets. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to contribute to the success of our construction projects and make a meaningful impact in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee fitout projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulations
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth and efficient project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective measures
- Manage and supervise construction teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Collaborate with the procurement team to source and select materials, equipment, and subcontractors for fitout projects
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, quality control records, and safety documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and promote a safe work environment for all project stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on fitout projects
- In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and quality standards
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse project stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges
- Proficiency in project management software and tools, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy in project documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional certification or licensure as a Civil Engineer is preferred
- Familiarity with local construction regulations and practices in UAE-Dubai is a plus

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 8,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
