Site Engineer - Fitout

Join our dynamic team as a Site Engineer specializing in the construction and fitout of luxury residences in Dubai. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-end residential projects from conception through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with design specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless workflow and timely project delivery.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship to uphold luxury standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to enforce health and safety regulations.
- Prepare progress reports and update project documentation accurately.
- Resolve any onsite issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Support procurement activities by providing technical specifications and advice.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in site engineering, particularly in luxury residential construction and fitout projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety regulations is preferred.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools is a plus.
