Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a Marine Construction and Maintenance Project based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Civil Engineer with a strong background in marine infrastructure, including the construction or maintenance of ports, jetties, quay walls, breakwaters, and related marine structures.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Supervise and manage day-to-day site activities related to marine construction and maintenance works.
2) Ensure work is executed in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, and quality standards.
3) Coordinate with subcontractors, site workers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works.
4) Monitor progress, track daily activities, and prepare reports for project managers.
5) Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
6) Conduct inspections and quality checks of marine structures, materials, and workmanship.
7) Assist in preparing site measurements, as-built drawings, and other project documentation.
8) Resolve any technical issues or site challenges that may arise during construction or maintenance.

1) Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
2) Minimum 5 years of UAE experience specifically in marine construction or maintenance projects.
3) Strong understanding of marine construction methods, equipment, and environmental factors.
4) Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
5) Knowledge of local authority requirements and procedures.
6) Excellent communication and coordination skills.
7) Ability to work independently and lead teams on site.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
