KBR is looking for a Site HSE Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi for a PMC EPC project.

Experience required:

• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation, and/or commissioning projects or operations in the oil and gas or petrochemical industries, with at least 5 years of experience in a lead HSE position managing a team of HSE professionals.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a specialist role.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent (subject to approval by ADNOC Group).
• Any other HSE certifications (considered at ADNOC Group discretion) mandatory.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001 or ISO 14001 or equivalent.
• Incident investigation technique.
• Additional HSE trainings or certifications will be an added advantage.
• Experience within ADNOC EPC mega projects.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is a must.
