JOB PROFILE :

Department: Supply Chain - Quality
Job Position: Site Hygienist & Microbiology Analyst
Reports to: Quality Assistant Manager - DPC
Location: DPC factory, UAE

Main purpose of the role:

- Assurance of the Quality conformity of Finished Goods.
- Assurance of Finished Goods compliance to microbiology limits.
- Site Hygiene compliance as per GMP.
- Ensure perfect implementation and execution of warehouse CRQS, Unilever and 3P
- Networking with Unilever and 3rd Party warehouses
- Coordinate with factories and warehouses for sampling plans, quality inspection and final decision on product release
- Training for relevant parties for quality requirements of finished goods and quality systems to ensure critical quality requirements

Key Accountabilities:

- Coordinate pre-shipment sampling process for all export customer from DPC
- Coordinate pre-shipment sampling process for shipment coming out of RDC
- Implement and execute warehouse CRQS for both Unilever and 3P as per CRQS standards
- Follow up on pre-shipment sampling, Consignment inspection and Warehouse CRQS deviations for improvements
- Assess product quality characteristics identified as specific for on-shelf and consumer use stability as per the product description
- Liaise with approved 3rd party laboratories for any specific quality parameters need to be tested where facilities are not available in house
- Compile FG inspection report and finalise "GO" "NO GO" decision for market release
- Coordinate with factories for sampling plans, quality inspection and final decision on market release
- Training for relevant parties for quality requirements of finished goods and quality systems to ensure critical quality requirements
- Any other assigned duties related to the job by the management
- Management of pest control system on site.
- Validation of Site Hygiene compliance through various zones checklists.
