Site Logistics Foreman

Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Logistics Foreman to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient coordination of all on-site logistics activities to ensure smooth operations, timely delivery of materials, and safety compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the movement and storage of materials, equipment, and personnel on-site.
- Plan and manage logistics operations including scheduling deliveries, inventory control, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with site management, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize workflow and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all logistics activities.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities for reporting purposes.
- Identify and resolve logistical issues promptly to avoid project disruptions.
- Train and guide logistics team members and laborers to uphold high standards of performance and safety.

- Proven 3 Years experience as a logistics foreman or similar role in construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction site operations, logistics coordination, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software is an advantage.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to work on-site in Dubai.
