Job description / Role
Work content:
• Assist in the management of the site,
• On-site personnel deployment,
• Personnel and vehicles induction and admission,
• Responsible for translating and conveying instructions from the project manager,
• On-site monthly settlement with different subcontractors, signature and invoice submission.
• Workers daily attendance record and wage calculation every month,
• Calculate and complete the site income, expenditure and profit statements on time every month,
• Site personnel’s vehicles and accommodations records,
• Responsible for the site personnel visa application, processing, cancellation, medical examination and other work,
• Help solve the problems encountered by site workers, solve the disagreements between workers.
• Coordinate with site EPC, client and other companies.
Requirements
Work requirements:
• Fluent in Chinese
• Can adapt to the Environment on site
• With construction site work experience is preferred
• With Dubai driver's license is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field
• 3-10 years of Experience as QS
• Able to analyze financial records and apply data to improved results
• Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets; strong estimating and financial analysis skills
• In-depth understanding of construction, materials, pricing, and industry
