Taylor Sterling is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join a rapidly growing fit-out contracting firm in Dubai. Client is a British owned interior fit-out and furnishing specialist in residential and commercial design and creation. They specialise in whole villa and palace fit-out and refurbishment and have also successfully completed work in offices, shops and other commercial spaces.
Job responsibilities:
- Setting out the site, planning projects, ensuring agreed specifications, budgets and timescales
- Liaising with clients and reporting progress and staff
- Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety
- Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Maintaining quality control procedures
- Motivating the workforce
- Problem solving
- Using specialist construction management computer applications
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Site Management experience
- G+1 project experience (villa's, shops, commercial buildings)
- Preferably a Degree in Structural Engineering
- Experience in scheduling, HSE and structural projects in the GCC
