Site Manager

Job description / Role

Our client a large local contractor require a site/construction manager for multiple small works and fit out projects in Abu Dhabi.This position is responsible overseeing the proper execution of turnkey fit out projects.

• Ensure that the execution is done in accordance with approved drawings and to an acceptable standard of quality
• Sourcing, negotiating, finalizing & approving the Subcontractors
• Confer with the responsible supervisory personnel for the projects, Clients, Contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems
• Report damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
• Submit Final Inspection Report for all completed projects
• Conduct meeting with the project team on a regular basis
• Prepare and submit budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• Must be have a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture.
• Should have at least 8+ Years experience as a construction manager & at least 2 years in executing Fit out turnkey projects in UAE is must.
