Site Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in civil construction and specific expertise in ADNOC offshore projects to lead site operations in ADNOC for the Al Omairah Island Accommodation & Non-Process Buildings, Offshore Project .This role involves overseeing all aspects of site management to ensure successful project delivery within safety, quality, and schedule requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with ADNOC standards and project specifications.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project management teams to plan and execute construction operations efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a culture of safety on-site.
- Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting regular site inspections and reporting to senior management.
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation.

- Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil construction, with specific experience on ADNOC offshore projects.
- In-depth knowledge of offshore construction methodologies, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Relevant engineering or construction management qualification.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and ADNOC protocols.
