Site Mechanical Engineer

Job description / Role

• Oversee the construction action activities of Ramming/Piling, Trackers, Modules, Cleaning Robots
• Managing a team of Asst construction Managers, Engineers, Supervisors, in-house workmen, sub-contractors
• Keeping the schedules, KPIs, Productivity norms, etc
• Ensuring strict HSE compliance
• Ensuring QA/QC compliances
• Responsible for Rate analysis, costing, cost control, materials reconciliation, etc
• Mobilizing the resources based on the requirement
• Close coordination with Project Company
• Coordination with Vendors for project materials
• Administration of site resources

Graduate in Mechanical/Civil Engg from the recognized Institutions, having min 13 yrs of experience, out of which min 3 yrs experience in Solar PV projects of 200 MW and above. Overseas experience is desirable
