Site/Project Architect

We are seeking a talented Site/Project Architect with a passion for design and a strong technical background to join our dynamic team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the architectural aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that designs are executed to the highest quality standards, and collaborating with various stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects in a fast-paced environment while contributing to the architectural landscape of Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of various construction projects from concept to completion.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure project requirements are met and timelines adhered to.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide on-site guidance to ensure adherence to architectural plans and standards.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and design changes.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders, including presentations and updates on project milestones.
- Coordinate with other disciplines, such as structural, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute architectural insights to enhance project delivery and outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Total 10 years ,Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in the UAE or Middle East.
- Proficient in architectural design software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools).
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction regulations in the UAE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics in architectural design.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage)

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
