Job description / Role
Looking for a Site Project Manager to join an international consultancy in their Abu Dhabi Office. The Site Project Manager I am looking for should have a minimum of 15 years' experience, at least 10 of them working on Buildings projects. Preference given to those with architectural background. The successful Site Project Manager will have strong client facing experience.
The successful candidate will join a vibrant consultancy in Abu Dhabi working on a multitude of prestigious projects including high-rise, residential, and commercial amongst others. You will have the ability to manage clients, as well as internal and external stakeholders, be successful in negotiating contracts, and excellent experience in the management of construction supervision teams within a design an build environment.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of local building codes and authorities
* Excellent understanding of Estidama and LEED
* Be able to implement and monitor ISO 9001 Quality Assurance structure throughout projects
* Successful experience in working under pressure
* Knowledge of design and construction practices throughout the UAE
