Site Supervisor - Exhibitions

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for managing the manufacturing and implementation of exhibition stands on site and his/her main goal will be to successfully deliver. Build Up projects to high profile clients, to support and advise external subcontractors/suppliers, to undertake business analysis, to problem solve, to coordinate and negotiate with internal and external parties.

• Over-viewing the operation and production of the assigned exhibition stand.
• Source and negotiate with subcontractors, production suppliers, internal (Workshop) and external (Suppliers & Sub -Contractors) supply chain, to ensure each project is successfully resourced, budgeted and managed, and delivered according to Company processes.
• Coordinate with Purchasing In charge with regard of Material Purchase.
• Analyses and review the design & technical drawings of all approved projects before submitting it to production department (Workshop).
• Responsible to prepare the complete checklist of all the material required for the installation prior to the loading to make sure that everything is accounted.
• Proper coordination with client to make sure the requirements and need of the clients as per their requirement.
• Planning, scheduling, coordinating of internal (workshop) and external (Sub – Contractors) service providers in all phases of an exhibition stand development, physical delivery and post opening rectifications.
• Management and delivery of assigned exhibition stand from concept to physical delivery of according to the project brief targets (including agreed timelines and approved project budgets).
• To Build Strong relationships with clients who repeat rebuild of exhibition stands.
• Responsible to attend and participate in all meetings with Client and Sub – Contractor.
• Available to travel when needed in the case of having a project outside the UAE.

Requirements

• PMP certification will be advantageous
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to operate efficiently under stress
• Ability to solve complex problems independently
