Job Description:
- Support the Civil Engineer in overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring all tasks are completed in line with project specifications and timelines.
- Work closely with subcontractors, workers, and vendors to maintain proper communication and ensure tasks are executed as per project specifications.
- Monitor site safety protocols for both civil and MEP works, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting any concerns to the supervising engineers.
- Provide regular updates, highlighting progress, challenges, and any deviations from the plan.

Position Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus performance-based bonus

About the Client:
An established property developer and consultant in UAE.

Qualifications:
- Male, 40 years old below
- At least 3 years’ experience in similar role from contracting or building consultancy companies
- Experience in reading technical drawings (for technical roles like Electricians, Plumbers, etc.) is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
