Position Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car and car allowances
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based interior design and fit-out company delivering creative, turnkey solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces across the UAE.

Job Description:
- Supervise daily site activities for fit-out/interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and progress as per drawings.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth execution.
- Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, material follow-ups, and site reporting.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate site documentation.

Qualifications:
- Open to male Hindi/Urdu speakers aged 40 and below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in site supervision within fit-out/interior projects.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD (preferred).

Salary:
AED 6,999 to 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
