Position Title: Site Supervisor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: Up to 7K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car and car allowances
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A Dubai-based interior design and fit-out company delivering creative, turnkey solutions for commercial, residential, and hospitality spaces across the UAE.

Job Description:
1. Supervise daily site activities for fit-out/interior projects, ensuring quality, safety, and progress as per drawings.
2. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth execution.
3. Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, material follow-ups, and site reporting.
4. Conduct site inspections, resolve issues promptly, and maintain accurate site documentation.

Qualifications:
1. Open to male Hindi/Urdu speakers aged 40 and below, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
2. Valid UAE driving license is required.
3. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in site supervision within fit-out/interior projects.
4. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and AutoCAD (preferred).

Salary:
AED 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
