We are seeking a Skincare Salesman to join our team and help spread the benefits of our Japanese skincare line.

Job Summary:

As a Skincare Salesman for Wellnesay Japanese Skincare Products, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for introducing and selling our premium skincare line to customers. You will provide expert skincare advice, build customer relationships, and drive sales in both retail environments and online platforms. The ideal candidate is someone with a deep understanding of skincare, a passion for Japanese beauty, and a talent for customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell Wellnesay Japanese skincare products to customers with a focus on education and personalized skincare solutions.
• Educate customers on the unique benefits and ingredients of Japanese skincare, such as rice bran oil, green tea, and hyaluronic acid.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and identifying opportunities for upselling.
• Assist with inventory management and ensure that the sales floor is well-stocked with products.
• Stay updated on skincare trends, particularly those related to Japanese beauty, and share your knowledge with customers.
• Ensure product displays are visually appealing and effectively showcase the brand’s key offerings.
• Assist in organizing promotional events or product launches to drive customer interest and sales.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
• Passion for skincare, especially Japanese skincare products, and an understanding of skincare ingredients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to engage and educate customers.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service and building lasting relationships.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Bachelors degree diploma(additional education in skincare, beauty, or wellness is a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales of high-end or luxury skincare products.
• Knowledge of Japanese beauty rituals and ingredients is highly preferred.
• Certification in skincare or beauty (e.g., esthetician, cosmetology) is a plus.
• Previous experience working with skincare brands, especially Japanese brands.
