SMDL - Distribution & Pricing Support Manager

About the role:

This role wil provide effective commercial and technical support to SMDL Team in correlation with other functions, as IT, L1 Support Team, as well as with the connected partners, such as OTA, CTO, and GDS. The objective of this role will be to proactively work on preventing the hotel connectivity and pricing disruptions and by this ensuring the hotels have optimum possibilities in capturing the potential distribution traffic. Lastly is to provide the audit status of the connected partners, offer loading, room type mapping which will minimize the errors and number of open cases for the same.

Main accountabilities:

Onboarding quality audit - NEW opening hotels (Rates, Rooms, Segmentation mapping, Parity check & channels connection) by auditing the following:

• Public Standard Rates, Local Packages, Un/qualified Offers , Loyalty and Corporate Offers
• Rate audits in TARS vs Partner mapping
• Prevent Rate Parity issues by correcting the setups and recommending preventive action
• Connectivity issues with 3rd parties
• Pricing error
• Produce tracking report on common Error messages and solutions to those errors
• Act as L2 support function in coordination with the HUB SMDL and L1 Support team
• Participate in Hotel Opening calls and provide feedback
• Commercial Self Audit, Distribution/pricing expertise coordination
• Support on annual Public, Corporate & Leisure rate regional loading audit to ensure 100% display
• Coordinate with hotels to improve TARS efficiency, Conduct Gap analysis between TARS & PMS
• New Projects training to hotels & help on ITC refresh trainings
• Channels connectivity audit & disparity prevention
• Support on preparing regional pentation of Pricing & Distribution projects & achievement
• Monitor action plan progression of hotels audit findings
• Support on availability and offers display checks
• Support on controlling the Glitches of reginal offers
