Technologies and skills required

• Proven experience (10+ years) in a technical support role, preferably in server and storage technology
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to details
• Relevant certification MCSA, MCSD, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
• Strong knowledge of VxRAIL HCI (hyperconverged infra) from DELL and Huawei storage
• DELL PowerProtect DataManager
• Operating systems: Microsoft Windows, Linux (CentOS, Rocky, SUSE etc)
• Others: LDAP, TCP/IP, NFS, SAN and Direct Attached Storage, High Performance
• Microsoft software products: LDAP, Active Directory, IIS, DFS, TCP/IP, NFS, SAN and Direct Attached Storage, High Performance Networking
