Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Opening for SOC Governance and compliance role in Abudhabi location

Develop and maintain standardized SOC processes across the SOC services Monitor the SOC processes implementation to ensure that they are being implemented properly Track the SOC processes in order to identify process improvement opportunities Address any feedback from the SOC team for process challenges and advise on enhancement. Provide SOC processes metrics to SOC management. Create, update and maintain any SOC required documentation. Update the knowledge base and communicate changes to the SOC team. Proactively coach and train SOC existing/new team members on SOC processes and knowledge base Provide knowledge management and training metrics to SOC management.

Requirements

5- years experience in SOC /IT process management and engineering IT Audit Experience Excellent analytical and communication skills. University or Bachelor degree in IT or related field. CISSP , GIAC ,ISO ,ITIL.
