Job description / Role
NTS Group are working with a leading beauty/retail group in Dubai who due to exciting expansion plans, are looking for a Social Media Executive to join their growing marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Executive will be responsible in handling all of the social media presence for the company as well as the publishing content on websites. They will play an active part in the assistance of executing online campaigns and assisting in key marketing projects.
The role will also cover public relations when required and general marketing. You will be involved in the execution of daily tasks of social media strategy across identified digital platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Blogs and Instagram as well as performing any enhancements and modifications when needed. The role will play a pivotal part in strategically monitoring, measuring and reporting on social media activity (including providing frequent feedback on the further development of the companies media strategy).
You will work very closely with all parts of the business to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategies are being delivered as well as respond and react to changes within social networks. You should be a creative individual, who can easily come up with frequent creative input on content to compliment the organizations activities within marketing (as well as other areas of the business).
Requirements
To be successful, you will be an Arabic speaking female graduate (ideally holding a degree in Marketing, Advertising or certificates within online marketing or social media) with approximately 2-3 years post graduate experience. You should be a confident, creative individual who is genuinely passionate about social media and has a solid awareness of the different types of mediums available. Regional UAE experience is essential and only candidates who have demonstrated some post graduate social media experience will be considered. This role is offering up to AED 12,000 depending on experience.
