Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Create a comprehensive social media strategy to define program that use social & digital media such as Facebook, Instagram, twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, google ad word, SEO to increase product visibility, Brand building, membership and traffic growth across all brand’ channels and to achieve strategic, tactical & operational objective of marketing department.
- Experiment with new and alternative ways to leverage social & digital media activities (“marketing R&D”).
- Monitoring in social media tools, trends and applications, appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social & digital media.
- Strategize with and educate the management team and others across the company on incorporating relevant social media techniques into corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services.
- Measure the impact of the social media on the overall marketing efforts.
- Drive and manage social & digital media campaigns from content creation to measurement of campaign success.
- Source and produce engaging content to ensure the blog and social & digital media channels are up to date, relevant and interesting.
- Proof read content, including but not limited to social media post, blog articles.
- Help to increase conversation rates and ROI with regards to the above digital marketing channels.
- Support the Brand Manager in developing marketing ideas and delivery of the social and digital marketing strategy.

- Must have exceptional written skills and a keen eye for details.
- Creative and able to think artistically.
- Capability to communicate well with various kinds of people.
- Ability to multitask.
