Social Media Executive

Job description / Role

- Develop strong and long-term client relationships
- Act as the liaison between clients and agency's director
- Ensure client briefs and deadlines are met
- Resolve issues and handle complaints quickly and effectively
- Get feedback and suggest ways to increase customer engagement on social media
- Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
- Support in content creation
- Support in Community Management of the Social Media platforms EN & AR
- Audits and analyses social media presences through reporting tools and research
- Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems and reporting tools
- Works with other departments to develop social media campaigns
- Monitors and develops reports on brand and competitor activity

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field and in the region
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Arabic
- Do not require sponsorship or employment VISA - should already have a VISA
- Labour Card will be provided upon successful completion of the probation period
