Social Media Executive

Job description / Role

As a Social Media Executive & Content Creator, you will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will be creating daily, trend-driven, and innovative content, particularly short-form videos (Reels), while also managing paid social media advertising through Meta Business Suite and similar tools. Additionally, you will monitor and report on platform growth, engagement, and campaign performance.

- Experience: in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related role
- Content Creation Skills: experience in filming, editing, and producing Reels/short-form videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other emerging platforms.
- Paid Ad Management: Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. Knowledge of ad targeting, budgets, and performance tracking.
- Trend Awareness: Strong understanding of current social media trends, memes, and viral content.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm unique, innovative, and pet-centric content ideas.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to track, interpret, and report social media metrics.
- Community Management: Experience in engaging with online audiences and handling customer inquiries/comments professionally.
- Basic Graphic Design Skills: Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, Capcut or similar tools to create eye-catching visuals , and team collaboration with our in house designer to provide them with clear creative directions to create content .
- Excellent Communication: Strong writing skills for captions, ad copy, and storytelling.
