Social Media Manager

My client are leading crypto and blockchain fintech who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their super talented Marketing team.

As the Social Media Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to join the regional marketing team to help shape the way the brand is perceived. A new role to the team, the position requires creativity, agility and an ability to craft strong social messaging that sets them apart and drives real impact.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
- Define the most important social media KPIs
- Manage and oversee social media content
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Developing and managing the brand’s social media identity
- Managing a social media content calendar
- Increasing social media engagement across platforms
- Building and moderating social media communities by responding to comments and keeping members engaged
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)—like link clicks, likes, and other metrics—of social media marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing trends and competitor performance
- Collaborating with agencies and influencers to improve brand awareness

Requirements

What You’ll Need:

- 6+ years of experience in Social Media
- Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
- Excellent knowledge of social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Update social media content across all channels
- Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
- Crafting compelling content or getting it developed
- Posting content across social media accounts
- Being on top of the latest social media trends
