Position Title: Social Media Manager - Real Estate Development
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus benefits

About the Client:
One of the leading construction and real estate development firm based in the UAE specializing in the execution of large-scale high-rise residential projects.

- Develop and implement engagement strategies across Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, while building strong relationships with followers, influencers, and brand advocates.
- Manage a detailed content calendar, coordinate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure aligned messaging and timely, visually consistent posts.
- Monitor conversations, respond promptly to comments/messages in Arabic and English, and moderate user-generated content to foster a safe, engaging community.
-Track performance metrics through monthly reports, gather insights from community feedback, and stay updated on social trends and platform changes to optimize engagement

- Arabic nationals with ages 40 years old and below
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, with a focus on community building.
- Proficient in using social media tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
