Our online presence has been central to lead generation, brand visibility, and team growth. We are now looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take our content and community engagement to the next level as we enter our next phase of growth.

Position Overview

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting and communicating the brand across all major digital platforms. From showcasing luxury listings to highlighting our vibrant company culture, you’ll be at the forefront of content creation and digital storytelling—driving engagement, visibility, and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement our social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and Snapchat
• Create high-quality, visually engaging content, including property videos, behind-the-scenes reels, team features, and more
• Manage and schedule the daily content calendar, proactively aligning production with upcoming events and strategic milestones to maintain a competitive edge
• Collaborate with internal teams, photographers, videographers, and designers to produce dynamic, on-brand visuals
• Monitor performance metrics and analytics to continually optimise content and improve results (engagement, reach, lead generation, etc.)
• Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community interactions to foster strong brand loyalty
• Stay on top of social media trends, algorithm updates, and industry developments to keep our presence fresh and relevant

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or Content Creator (experience in real estate or luxury/lifestyle brands is a strong advantage)
• Strong understanding of digital storytelling and platform-specific content strategies
• Proficiency with content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on platform insights
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate

Salary:
AED 12,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
