Job description / Role
Key objective:
- Develop an online and social media strategy for Southern Cross and each brand we represent. Mainly focus on KSA market.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop strategy for each brand crossing e-commerce and social media
- Generate and post engaging content
- Set up recommended social media schedules for customers to use on their own channels
- Manage the community feedback (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat)
- Get influencers on board
- Set KPIs and provide monthly reporting to management

- Other interactions: Brand Managers, Key Account Managers, Principles
- Duration: Permanent
- Desired start date: ASAP
- Travel requirements: limited. KSA and UAE
Requirements
Language Fluency:
- English and Arabic: written and oral
Soft Skills and Personality traits:
- Creative, organised, motivated
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Clear communication skills
- Understand of Saudi Arabian social media demands and culture.
Nature and length of previous experience:
- 3+ years experience in Social Media marketing
- Experience working in the Middle Eastern region
