Role Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager with at least 2 years of experience to manage and grow our online presence across platforms. You’ll work closely with the sales teams to drive engagement, generate leads, and build a compelling brand story.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute monthly content calendars for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create engaging social media content (images, reels, videos, captions, stories) that align with brand messaging
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the online community
• Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads) to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and agents to showcase listings in dynamic ways
• Stay up to date on real estate trends and social media best practices

• At least 2+ year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
• Strong knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite)
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Hootsuite
• Good eye for visual storytelling and design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:
• Experience with paid social campaigns
• Video editing skills (Reels, TikTok, property walk-throughs)
• Knowledge of SEO or content marketing
